You can’t delete channels in your adsense account.
If you are at (your AdSense Setup -> Channels link), do you see a “Actions…” dropdown select box? You just need to tick/check those channel names you want to delete in Custom channels or URL channels and choose “Remove checked” from the dropdown box.
